The vision for RFWC Church began with the passionate leadership and ministry of Pastor Glenn J. Wilson. With a heart for the next generation and a commitment to empowering others, Pastor Glenn has dedicated his life to serving in various leadership roles. Before answering the call to Pastor, he served as a youth leader at the state level and as Youth Director of the Spanish Eastern District of the Assemblies of God. His ministry has also taken him across North and South America, and the Caribbean, where he served as an evangelist. Under his leadership, many young men and women were inspired to step into ministry.

Pastor Glenn is skilled at raising new leaders and planting churches that impact their communities. He is also a strong advocate for justice and equality, working tirelessly to serve those who are disenfranchised. Pastor Glenn and his wife, Maribel, have been married for 35 years, and together they are proud parents of four children and six grandchildren.
